Characteristics of Upright P75
P75 uprights bear the full load of the pallet racking system. The transfer of rack loads from the beam through the uprights is critical to overall system strength , safety and performance. P75 upright designed to carry rack load on the front face without twisting, distorting or stressing metal. The profile of the slots transfers the load vertically down the upright and allows beams to connect without twisting be wedged in so that the side loads are not imposed on the upright by the beam and connector, which make provides great strength, rigidity and a resistance to lateral impact damage.

1. Beam connector of P75 pallet racking
P75 pallet racking beam connector is designed to increase resistance to sideways away moments and effectively take vertical loads and moments on specially designed high performance hooks.
2. Safety Pin & safety lock
Each beam end is supplied steel safety lock or safety pin, which guarantee the beam is correctly positioned and help prevent the beam being accidentally dislodged during it work. Safety locks are fixed to beam connectors when being packaged.
3. Common used Beams
We have five types beam section to ensure the specific need: Square Pipe, C-pipe, Stepped pipe, Box Pipe, nosed box pipe.
4. Closed Box Beam
Our P75 Closed Box beams are available in a comprehensive range to cover most loading requirements. Beam section height available from 80-160mm.
5. Base plate
Baseplate used for P75 pallet racking are mainly galvanized which have a good function of anti-corrosion, and according to different situations or customers’ requirements it could be available in different type.
